What is a good rate per report for RAD? - Suggestions appreciated

I have been offered a position by a Rad doc, who wants me to let him know how much per report type that I will charge. For those of you who charge that way and would be willing to share what your charges are, I would appreciate it. Hourly is the other option, but I don't think I want to go that route.
