If you are working and repairman comes and needs to be dealt with, how do you handle the job you are working on? Do you abandon the job and clock out or just go deal with him and hope it doesn't take long? Do you notify HDSM you will be not working for a few minutes during shift? If he had gotten here on time, it would not have been a problem. Undoubtedly, first thing in the morning does not mean the same in his vocabulary as it does in mine!! Thanks for any insight as to proper handling.
