sad and disgusting these people want us to work for them but have no respect for us or the rules, yet expect US to follow their rules exactly to the letter.
Maybe the monitors need to pin that exact fact first and foremost, red and bold font right at the top as a separate post in addition to adding it to the rules which none of the MTSOs seem to read since most of them try to sneak in an ad without listing the pay.
That wastes their time to have to answer all the resumes and give the pay rate then. I dont know why they insist on making life so difficult for themselves.
