So it stays here long enough to get the resumes she needs to fill it. Furthermore, why should someone test for a temporary position? As long as they have the experience, why test? Which brings me to the fact that some of these supposed jobs get you to test on live files. In essence, they get enough MTs to "test" and they've completed their backlog, never get back to anyone who applied. It's a win-win for them.
This profession makes me untrustworthy of everyone and everything about it with good reason.
