if your workload has remained the same for 18 months.
Why doesn't TTCI distribute the work then?
I've had at least 3 accounts disappear this summer. The remaining accounts trickle in all day, with no more than 5 or 6 in my pool at a time (and some are hospitals).
Something is definitely not right here.
