I don't know why transcriptionists working for Nuance never figure this out. Nuance subcontracting MTSOs have one job: Hire American transcriptionists who will train the voice recognition software for individual doctors up to a certain level of accuracy so that they can be shipped of to India and done there for a fraction of the price.

Haven't you ever noticed that your favorite doctors don't come back from these so-called vacations? Do you really think that a hospital that was sending 1500 jobs per day in June has only 100 jobs per day in August because they just decided all the doctors could go on vacation at the same time? That's just a stupid lie that Nuance tells their subcontractors to tell you to keep you from quitting until they send new doctors, or new accounts.

If you are working for Nuance, you are literally helping them set up more jobs for Indian transcriptionists to take away from us.

Stop working for Nuance.
