I would guess that whatever they did wrong they will use that as an excuse to do things differently or as an excuse to move to IC, offshore, whatever. My husband who works in a call center for a large company had a similar type offer in the past when an ex-employee sued and those that didn't take the offer wished later they did because the company that owned them decided to move the work offshores so they all got burned in the end. He wasn't going to take the money until I encouraged him too. If a current employee was involved I sure hope they watch their backs because they will probably be QA'd to death. :)
