What would you say if you had been with a company for 5 years and had a computer crash, went out and bought a new computer the same day of the crash, yet are impatiently waiting for IT to install their programs 2, 3, even 4 days later? Have e-mailed IT, called and left a message to get an appointment for the installation, yet talked to no one on the phone. The work is piling up, as the supervisor has sent blast e-mails, yet my hands are tied and my paycheck is dwindling by the moment. Oh yes, the pay period ends Sunday.
