Yep, I bet you do and I also bet that by reading ahead, your dictations are full of errors. I worked with people like you in the past. One would come to the hospital, spend a good 2 hours a day on the phone with her kids being a referee and then cherry pick all the "easy" dictators so she could get an easy 1800 lines at the end of the day and make all of us look lazy. Maybe you have 100% QA but I wouldn't bet on it. Do you take the time to verify account specifics? Correct patient? Etc???
