I'd rarely sometimes get a streak of good dictators where I'd break over 300 for a while, but it was seldom. Even after getting experienced on my not-so-great accounts (with a couple of really horrendous dictators), I averaged about 240-260.
And then anytime there was a new hiring glut (constantly feast or famine with the occasional bursts of overhiring), productivity would go down again as the VR drafts would start getting messed up again for a while by newbies to the accounts.
It is better than InScribe for productivity, though (what I'm on now). Not a whole lot better, but a bit.
