I'm PT and to my knowledge, even if you are short ANY MINUTES or even SECONDS, you have to use something to cover those. Per emails my team gets regarding end of pay period, "there can be no shortage of hours for either week," down to seconds. I have clocked back in at the end of a shift because I've had X.98 (or a little less) of time. In the good ole' days, you might be short a small amount of time in the 1st week, but you could make that up the next week. These MTSOs with their asinine you HAVE to do this, you HAVE to do that, etc. have ruined this field.
