It is all very - frustrating

and very discouraging having to sit there and figure out the timecard and hope you can reach the minimum 39 hours per week by counting everything - production hrs, the 6-minute work availability, excused absence no pay and/or PTO.

One thing, at least they've added PTO for sick time that we can use and not have to use regular PTO when taking time off for being sick. This is a good thing, but I don't know how we're supposed to claim those hours when we need them. When entering the time off for a sick day in WorkForce, there isn't anything that says "sick time PTO." I guess we have to get our manager to do it??
