It looks like the Followes Sit-Stand or the Varidesk look promising. The only problem I could see with working in the standing position is that one leg would be working the pedal so you'd be essentially using only the other leg for most of the weight bearing. That could become quickly tiring. The desks I mentioned seem to easily go from stand to sit though. I'd wait to see if anyone actually uses a sit-stand work station and can tell you about their own experience.
