Dear person dictating,

If I had the power to do so, I would make you all redicate your reports. Do you have any idea how hard it is to understand you when you slur your words, mumble, or power through on hyperspeed? Do you understand the risk you're putting your patients at? Do you have any idea the time and money it costs us to try and figure out what you're trying to say? It takes a lot to make me cry, but you've managed to get me to that point.
