It's only after QA has checked the blanks I placed in a report. When I've gone back later for the feedback, I sometimes notice QA markers that aren't crossed out and resolved. I can't click on those at all for any feedback and they just look like the rest of the text, but obviously a QA marker. It's my guess that some of the QA markers aren't getting captured by the system, but for what reason I don't know... Just wondered if I'm not placing them correctly...
