I am always finding reports now where my QA marker is crossed out and a new one put in, but the blank wasn’t resolved. If that’s what you mean, I’ve been wondering about that, too. But if they can’t fill them in, usually they leave them and send them on to the client with my markers still in there when I check for feedback. I still see a lot done this way, so I’m not sure what’s going on with the other thing.
