also waiting - not worth it

I'm still waiting as well. I have sent a few emails and the two that were responded to say that "pay will post tomorrow, sorry for the delay". I haven't worked for awhile now and all I want is my last pay. I worked for it, so I'm owed it. I'd use legal action but I don't know what type of attorney to find so if anyone has any suggestions...
