You know firsthand she's not active, but you "heard" she never came back after the son in the hospital. So why didnt you know that firsthand?

She's not active in it at all? Why is she the one making promises about paychecks on certain dates, why is she the one who said checks were released or will be released? That sounds pretty active.

You THINK someone bought her out? So why dont you know that FIRSTHAND? You say it COULD be the same as some other company you worked for?

You dont know anything, go sit down.
