Yeah, unless I REALLY needed a job, I wouldn't bother with all that nonsense. They really should provide you with the template that they use so you can just type the test file, or just let you type it without having to follow their tedious formatting. There is no need of making applicants jump through all those hoops only to maybe get the job. The main objective of the test should be to evaluate your overall transcription skills. You can learn the formatting later on if and when they hire you. I would say "hell no" to that test. That's FAR too mind boggling and time consuming.
