Do you know why we were only paid ONCE for the month of April? Do you know why this paycheck is A WEEK LATE??

I too like my job, I like my accounts, like the people I come in contact with on a daily basis (after all they're not the one's who take care of payroll, it's not their fault).

Do you realize how much trouble they are in if/when someone steps up and turns them in? The penalties and fines they will incur from Illinois DOL, US DOL, and/or states in which we all live because 1) not paying but once in the month of April - UNLAWFUL. 2) Not paying in a timely fashion - AGAIN, UNLAWFUL. KS will no longer exist because hell if they can't pay us, they won't be able to pay those fines now will they???
