MTSOs can easily pay more than 4 cents per line if they wanted to.
A company I worked for (who is awesome) that subcontracted for Nuance... they paid 4.25 cents per line. AND: When they would get completely behind and have over 1000 jobs backed up waiting for editing, they would run a special: VR for 8 cents per line. No joke. Holidays too.
Since no smart business owner would pay out in expenses more than they were taking in with income, it is safe to assume that Nuance pays AT LEAST 8 cents per line to MTSOs who are subcontracting from them.
