I worked for a company for a few years and also worked weekends for her and evenings at my choice, but also when needed. I was always there to help out. When I asked for a raise, I was told that 4 cpl was the standard pay now and since the company subcontracted from Nuance, it could not be done. In other words, she would have had to pay me out of her pocket evidently and wasn't willing to do that; same with any weekend incentive. When the VDI mess started, I quit. The nerve of these places. There is absolutely no hope, but hey, give it a try, you may get lucky. No harm, no foul.
