QA just dinged me for a verbatim account. I put "the patient" instead of "patient." When a doc takes a breath at the front of a sentence, it's pretty subjective whether they say "the" or not. I'm trying to take a deep breath and step back from this, but come on, am I alone in thinking this is a little on the excessive side? After review, I still hear "the patient."
