I've gone thru things before with HR in various jobs in the past and they make a good show of listening to you and being concerned, but they are really there to head off anything damaging to the company.
And especially now with us, the whole mess MT is, no HR department is going to care about the MTs. They might care a little for any of their in-office people, but not for any of us.
HR is no help at all.
