Working in office might be different -- seems like everyone I encountered at Glen Allen seemed friendly and helpful. Remote workers/MTs are another matter. The tone I get is if you are not happy, go somewhere else because nothing will change. Nevertheless, I was honest on the survey and crossed my fingers, but I am not too optimistic. Still a straight jacket of rules, with a hammer ever ready to beat you over the head if you mess up in any way.
