They've done this survey every year and many MTs have spent hours of unpaid time offering suggestions but nothing ever changed afterwards. Well, actually, I take that back. Things HAVE changed--for the worse.
I wouldn't hold my breath hoping G, J & K are going to listen to anything we've said this year either.
