Any companies that have overflow work? - burning candle at both ends

I currently have a full-time job outside the home but would like some extra work in the evenings working from home. I have transcribed for close to 20 years. My experience includes acute care and also pathology. I would like something that I could just get on and work when I have some extra time in the evenings...no set schedule. Any leads? TIA!
