Many of us told you repeatedly that this crosstraining BS would not work. You kept sending out emails trying to brainwash us that it was because your numbers were down in the summer, during the SLOW season, and you still outsourced work, while telling us that we were limited strictly to the normal line count and granting us our PAL time.

Now the busy season has hit and you are back to mandatory line count increase, teamwork, and we are still shuffled around. We never know now where we are going to be working consistently.

We saw this coming prior to now as the numbers increased and instead of being smart and putting people back on their home centers to swiftly tamp down the numbers, you had us jumping around even more.

Then, you saddled us with additional nonpaid work of telling you and the team when a certain DOS was exhausted by disruptive emails--sometimes duplicates because we do not know who is sending what when, and being forced to consult said emails to determine where we should go next throughout the entire damn day. That's just asinine, exhausting, stressful, time consuming, transcription prohibitive etc., and now you plan to run us into the ground.

Saw your late Friday (when a lot of us are done for the day and weekend)  mandatory overtime for at least a month directive email coming from a mile away months ago.  All it was going to take was a system failure, flu season, etc., for things to really go to hell.

Will you ever listen to your MTs or just keeping expending money to replace those who can leave because they tired of being abused in countless ways?!
