InsydeH20 is a way to edit your BIOS settings. It was probably a blue and gray screen, not the normal Windows screen...
It wouldn't hurt to call HP and ask them about it if it shows up repeatedly. But it likely showed up after a reboot. Try rebooting and see if you see it again. If you go straight to Windows, I wouldn't worry about it.
