I have never posted on here before as I work as a transcriptionist in Canada. I'm curious to know if anyone has ever worked with the program/software called eRad. We were told in March 2018 that we would all be laid off in stages and the department would be finished by the end of August. We are now in January with contracts that have us all ending in February and now rumor has it we will be pushed back again. This has been very stressful as there are no jobs around here. I'm curious to know if anyone brought eRad into their place of work and the VR worked so well that they were able to get rid of all transcriptionits a week or two after implementation?
