NO ONE said that FIESA is being used at this point to dock pay. The threads state that FIESA was put in place so rates could be decreased based on QA scores, the same way Nuance used FIESA against their MTs when Nuance had them. VDI put in place for the same purpose - quality requirements bogus and another lie by Nuance.
