docking pay. If there was no future purpose to FIESA, why in God's name are they REQUIRING and making it MANDATORY MTs, even ICs, have a FIESA account? It's not to send you a birthday bonus. Every single one of those QA scores are part of your FIESA account and remain so for future reference by N.
Some people bury their head's so far in the sand, they are choking to death and don't even notice.
NOTHING N does is for anyone's benefit other than Ns. MTs want to put up with that abuse, sing Ns praises no matter who they work (N owns the MTSOs now) then get screwed over later by the same MTSOs and N, it's all on them.
N calls ALL the shots now with these MTSOs without having to own them outright. As soon as an MTSO balks, the N accounts are pulled.
