about the mess VDi/N was creating, and the N cheerleader came on here with her snotty comments.

N is NOT using state of the art programs, and the IT sucks. They are using inferior products. Since they got the MTs to sign away any responsibility, you will have to eat the entire cost of the problems and subsequent fixes.

There is an online temp gauge you can download to your system to monitor the heat output. Sad part is, you should not have to. It is not a good sign the fan is running all the time. You are right, there is a strong possibility this will fry your system. This temp gauge you can keep on your system, open all the time, to monitor your system. It's a great little tool.

Good luck - sadly, these problems are not going to go away since N is using inferior products.
