Why do they overhire to the extent nobody has enough work? - MT Posted: Dec 2nd, 2018 - 2:31 pm
When I started on this account less than a year ago for the first week I never ran out of work. Then sometimes I would run out. Now, if any jobs come up they are gone in no time at all. Everyone is scraping for anything they can get. I do not understand why overhire to this extent. I can't even make 100 a week at this point where I am at. And that is with backup account too. Yes it has gotten that bad. I guess I will have to work two or three places to get a reasonable amount of lines. Sorry, just had to rant. Had to get it off my chest.
