Their goal is to have an MT on call at any hour, any minute. THEY never have to worry about turnaround, scheduling, et cetera, if they keep you all at each other's throats. I bet they like to deny time off too. It is simply easier for them to keep everyone on tinterhooks. I wish you the very best in finding a job outside of MT where you will be valued.
