if there are jobs out there like that, they are taken and not hiring. So do we not work because we dont like the 4 cpl? I can get 350-400 lines an hour - that is a little over 12 an hour. Sure beats driving to work every day and having to put up with gossip in the work place.
My point is - Nuance has MTSOs by the balls. I am certain they would pay more if it was feesible. Nuance is the problem here and not MTSOs. They pretty much call the shots. So please, take your frustrations out on the right person. Stop attacking everyone. Work with MTSOs to come up with a solution.
Start acting like adults that want change and not sniveling children.
