Even if you are not really considering retraining now, get the process started, peruse the info they give you and see what your schools offer. If after all that you decide retraining is not for you, don't do it. I wasn't planning on retraining but am now enrolled in a small business management certificate program. Another benefit of applying is it gets you out of the house (orientation, meetings) and networking.
