On working at a call center...Do you have any metrics and stats monitoring your performance like we have in MT? Every minute we're logged into the platform and using the keyboard is monitored and has to be accounted for. I've heard that a lot of companies are starting to operate this way and wondered if call centers are also tracking your every move now days... Thanks.
