to do any routine tasks in the report. I agree with the use of an expander. The first time I did a doc's report, I would save the main report text in my expander. I would put ## in all the places where I would need to put new information, like the patient's age, temperature, etc. Then I had a macro to jump to each ## in the report. I would tweak these initial templates as I went adding one for each unique report type I heard. I also had macros for deleting a paragraph, sentence, etc. and learned lots of keyboard shortcuts. However, after my employer increased line count requirements a 3rd time, I decided to get out. Now I'm working at a call center and have already received more recognition and rewards than I ever did in MT. I hope it works out better for you.
