I realize that you and the OP are competing with established MTSOs, but keep in mind that you are in a sense taking the place of an in-house MT, with the personal service and knowledge of the account, etc. That is a huge savings to the client by not having to provide anything for you. That should command a higher rate, IMHO. Regardless, it makes me very happy to know that there are people like you and the OP out there making this work and are beating the "system". :)
