are very tiresome, stressful, and ANNOYING. If I'm not the one who did it, stop beaching or blaming ME for it. Address the issue with the people who did it. That's not discrimination or picking on anyone, it's called taking responsibility.

We are not employees with your company, we can't file a grievance for being picked on. If I were an employee and able to file a grievance, I'd file it on the basis of being blamed for something I didn't do.
