When you send those things to MTs day in and day out and they do not apply to them, it gets so tiresome that you just delete them without reading them, perhaps missing one that did apply to you. I confronted managers about it twice but it did not do any good. She said, "That was not directed at you." Well it was sent to me. Quit wasting everyone's time.
