Nuance is the vendor of an encoder program (the software coders use to code, check policy compliance, use references, etc.) that was originally called Quadramed. Google it to see how long THAT has been around -- probably 2 decades. It is a competitor of 3M, but unlike 3M is not "decision tree" software. It is the electronic code book type, which is clunky and not as popular. They also have some other HIMS software, which is also clunky. Their main claim to fame is unresponsiveness to client requests.
There is nothing to worry you in this. It is just an encoder/HIMS package, and a kind of crummy one at that.
