Please take it from someone with a college degree who retired from this place after 20 years. I used MT as my 3rd career to get out of the business rat race and work at home. No one cares about a college degree at MModal because we are working at a job where a degree is not required and is actually irrelevant. More importantly I doubt any of the 18 managers I have worked for at MM even looked at a personnel record to check what my credentials were. Why would they have, none of them hired me. I was treated well and left on my own terms because I did the job, period.
