meant as wishful thinking...It will never happen. It was simply mentioned as a possible concession the company could make in order to maybe help prevent those of us struggling with 165 LPH to not fall into performance management and maybe down the line possibly even losing our jobs. It's a given we all want to be productive - I am doing everything possible to work as quickly as I reasonably can, but how can I uphold my end of this work agreement when there are issues with the platform that cause me to keep losing ground, i.e., the Document Check process, which is slow and 98% of the time landing on perfectly correct text, and now without having an acceptable workaround to help eliminate time-wasted areas in the voice file where there is no dictation? I hope that maybe there's something better in the works, but when and if that ever happens may be too late for me...
