I also saw this ad. I thought about applying but I detected an overtone in the ad itself that I was not comfortable with - maybe it was just me. Another thing is, 'must be able to create complicated tables in Word' - shouldn't the tables be there for you? Hmmmmm! Creating complicated tables in Word has never been my field of expertise so that would rule me out anyway but being paid on production, I don't want to do that anyway.
