This may help with those of us whose positions/jobs were "eliminated" at MModal. I will check into this tomorrow. I apparently was fired from MModal for not meeting metrics, but was approved for unemployment benefits through adjudication.

An additional avenue might be Easterseals for seniors (SCSEP), which also helps with retraining, etc. A pamphlet was given to me by the WorkSource person at the unemployment office. There is an 800 number and also a website. I haven't called anyone yet anywhere. I'm sort of in a catatonic place, but it will pass. :-)
