Paper backup - Calm down

Posted: Apr 14th, 2018 - 11:51 am In Reply to: The elite want to "thin" the population anyway so - Old MT

There is paper backup. Paper health care records fall under statues of limitations and have to be saved at facility warehouses for X number of years before being scanned into the EMR. Some information might be missing but some basic things would still be there, and any hospital or caregiver is going to take another history anyway if a person is seen or admitted. I think you are being overly dramatic about wanting to kill people off of maybe I'm overly naïve. If you are blaming MM and Nuance you are blaming the wrong people. Unfortunately the feds are responsible for this one with the EMR mandate under Bush and Obama. Computers crash but information is also stored in the cloud and on individual servers.
