nothing mentioned about layoffs. They've offered "early separation" to full time employees of all three facilities. You don't have to take it but there's no guarantee what's going to happen in the future either. They also absolutely do not mention anything about the outsourcing companies. Actually in my opinion they should just bring the outsourced work back in house and could probably keep a lot of MTs busy but I doubt very seriously that will happen.
