In that Mayo Clinic link was a related story entitled: "12 most stressful factors for early career pediatricians" Number 2 on the list of 12 was:
"Documenting patient information in EHR"
Interesting. Someday young docs will have no idea that in the olden days practitioners could just dictate and someone would deliver to them a report produced by skilled people who cared about quality and document integrity.
